At Stokkies Wood, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted, and how refunds are processed.


2. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is in original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories are included.
  • A proof of purchase or receipt is provided.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or may have different return policies. Contact our support team for any product-specific inquiries.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide details of the item you wish to return, including the reason for the return, and your proof of purchase.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization and any necessary instructions.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos or a detailed description of the damage or defect.
  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

Note that the damaged product should be reported before use or further damage occurs, and it must be in the same condition as when received.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed once we receive the item.
  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a damaged or defective item, Stokkies Wood will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the buyer
  • Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Non-Returnable’ at the time of purchase

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
